It starts with a 15-minute discovery call, which serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. During this call, we'll delve into your needs and explore whether our personalities click, because I firmly believe that impactful coaching is built on strong relationships.


90 Days to Better Sleep


Achieving your desired outcomes is a journey requiring time and commitment. Over 3 months, we'll meet bi-weekly, dedicating 60 minutes each time to navigate my health program together at a pace that suits you.


Throughout our sessions, we'll strategize on setting achievable milestones and I'll provide unwavering accountability and guidance to promote better sleep and overall wellness.



Stay Connected Between Sessions

 

Following every session, I provide comprehensive notes, feedback, tools, and personalized suggestions to keep you on track. I'm just a text message away via WhatsApp, available for video chats on Marco Polo, or reachable via email whenever you need support, motivation, or accountability.
